Qwick.News subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
EU / UK 14-day cooling-off
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first paid purchase for any reason and receive a full refund, provided you have not consumed substantial usage (more than 7 days of Pro features) during that period.
Standard refunds
- Monthly plans: non-refundable after the cooling-off period. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
- Annual plans: refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months, minus a 10% admin fee, within 30 days of the renewal date.
- Accidental duplicate charges: fully refunded.
- Service disruption longer than 72 hours caused by us: pro-rata refund of the affected period.
How to request a refund
Email billing@qwick.news from the email on your account, with your Paddle order ID. We will respond within 5 business days and, if approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we resolve most issues within one business day.
