2. The Service
Qwick.News provides a daily personalised news briefing in text and audio. Content is sourced from third-party news providers; we do not warrant accuracy of underlying articles.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited, who is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled in your account.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until it ends.

7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the Service, abuse rate limits, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and original editorial output are owned by Legal Desire Media. Underlying news articles remain owned by their respective publishers.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where you live in the EU/EEA you retain mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
